Organization

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization registered in the United States of America.

A 501(c)(3) organization is a unique entity in the United States, structured to operate exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, scientific, or other purposes that serve the public good. This tax-exempt status is granted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and allows donors to make tax-deductible contributions to these organizations.

Our structure of a 501(c)(3) organization includes a board of directors who oversee operations and ensure that unimpossible foundation's mission is being fulfilled. The board is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, and hiring executive staff. The executive staff then manages the day-to-day operations of the organization.

501(c)(3) organizations are distinguished by their commitment to using a substantial portion of their revenue to advance their mission. In our organization, we aim to allocate a remarkable 80% of all proceeds towards achieving our mission. This means that for every dollar donated, 80 cents are utilized for funding programs, initiatives and services that are in line with our purpose.

This high percentage not only demonstrates the unimpossible foundation's commitment to its cause but also ensures transparency and accountability to its donors. It shows that the majority of funds raised are used for program expenses rather than administrative costs or fundraising efforts.

In conclusion, a 501(c)(3) organization is structured to serve the public good, with a significant portion of its proceeds directly funding its mission. The commitment to channel 80% of all proceeds towards the mission underscores the foundation's dedication to its cause and accountability to its donors.
